The Cooper Color Code, baseline reading, pre-attack indicators. Learn to read a room before trouble starts — the skill that prevents 80% of attacks.
Break free from wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, hair pulls, and ground pins. Every hold has a mechanical weakness — you'll learn to exploit it.
Palm strikes, elbow strikes, knee strikes, and kicks designed for maximum impact from a smaller frame. Every strike targets areas that don't require strength.
What to do if you're taken to the ground. Guard positions, escapes from mount, and how to get back to your feet — the module most women's courses skip.
Car park encounters, stairwell attacks, dating situations, running grabs. Techniques applied to the specific scenarios women actually face.
Verbal assertiveness, de-escalation, and the psychology of confidence. Training that changes how you carry yourself — and how predators assess you.
David and Eytan are certified Krav Maga instructors trained in the Israeli military self-defense system. They created the Be Prepared course specifically for women — adapting techniques that were designed for combat into a training programme that any woman can learn, regardless of fitness level or martial arts experience.
Their approach is simple: every technique must work under stress, against a larger attacker, with zero prior training. If it doesn't meet all three criteria, it's not in the course.

Krav Maga techniques are built on leverage and body mechanics, not fitness or strength. The techniques work regardless of your fitness level. Many women start the course as their first step toward physical activity.
