71%
of women avoid activities they want to do because of fear
3x
higher risk for women aged 18-24
47%
of women avoid things they need to do out of fear

But here's what the research also shows: self-defense training reduces the likelihood of completed assault by over 80%. Trained women are less likely to be targeted at all. The data is clear. Training works.

What's Inside

Everything You Need to Defend Yourself

Module 1

Situational Awareness

The Cooper Color Code, baseline reading, pre-attack indicators. Learn to read a room before trouble starts — the skill that prevents 80% of attacks.

Module 2

Escape Techniques

Break free from wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, hair pulls, and ground pins. Every hold has a mechanical weakness — you'll learn to exploit it.

Module 3

Striking Fundamentals

Palm strikes, elbow strikes, knee strikes, and kicks designed for maximum impact from a smaller frame. Every strike targets areas that don't require strength.

Module 4

Ground Defense

What to do if you're taken to the ground. Guard positions, escapes from mount, and how to get back to your feet — the module most women's courses skip.

Module 5

Real-World Scenarios

Car park encounters, stairwell attacks, dating situations, running grabs. Techniques applied to the specific scenarios women actually face.

Module 6

Building Your Safety Mindset

Verbal assertiveness, de-escalation, and the psychology of confidence. Training that changes how you carry yourself — and how predators assess you.

Your Instructors

David & Eytan

David and Eytan are certified Krav Maga instructors trained in the Israeli military self-defense system. They created the Be Prepared course specifically for women — adapting techniques that were designed for combat into a training programme that any woman can learn, regardless of fitness level or martial arts experience.

Their approach is simple: every technique must work under stress, against a larger attacker, with zero prior training. If it doesn't meet all three criteria, it's not in the course.

Voices

I used to cross the street when I saw a group of men at night. I still cross the street — that's smart awareness. But now I don't cross it with my heart pounding. I cross it knowing I have options.

Krav Maga student, 8 months

The first class I cried afterwards. Not because it was hard — because I realised how unprepared I'd been for my entire adult life. Now I feel like I've finally caught up.

Self-defense student, age 33

My daughter asked me why I was learning to fight. I told her I'm not learning to fight — I'm learning to never feel helpless. She asked if she could join. She was 14.

Questions

Do I need any martial arts experience?

None. The Be Prepared course is designed for complete beginners. Every technique starts from zero and builds progressively. David & Eytan break down each movement step-by-step.

Can I really learn self-defense from video?

Video training builds knowledge and motor patterns — you can pause, rewind, and practise each technique at your own pace. We recommend supplementing with in-person classes when possible for pressure testing under resistance.

I'm not physically fit. Can I still do this?

Krav Maga techniques are built on leverage and body mechanics, not fitness or strength. The techniques work regardless of your fitness level. Many women start the course as their first step toward physical activity.

Who are David & Eytan?

David and Eytan are certified Krav Maga instructors trained in the Israeli military self-defense system. They created Be Prepared specifically for women — adapting military techniques into training any woman can learn.

How long does it take to feel confident?

Most women report a significant confidence shift within the first 2-3 modules — particularly after learning situational awareness and basic escape techniques. The full course builds on this foundation progressively.

Is this just for young women?

No. The course is for women of all ages. We have students from 16 to 65+. The techniques are designed to work regardless of age, size, or physical condition.
